ERICK UV DTF A1 Printer FAQPrint the text multiple times (in multiple passes); this ensures that the fine details remain adhered and are not inadvertently removed during the film-peeling process.
Add an additional set of curing lamps, or alternatively, print using only three printheads.
1. The C-film may have been applied with the incorrect side facing down; perform a test to verify the correct orientation of the film.
2. The wrong type of C-film was used; ensure that the correct C-film is utilized.
3. The temperature setting is inappropriate; the film-transfer temperature should be set to approximately 90°C.
To achieve a golden effect, print hot stamping varnish and then apply a thin gold film.
