A: We usually provide EXW or FOB quotes. Our cooperative freight forwarder in China has been working with us for over 15 years, and we provide safe and secure international sea freight and integrated logistics transportation services.

2. Setup & Technical Support

Q3: How can we start to use the printer?
A: After your order is dispatched and before it arrives, we will set up a dedicated after-sales service group specifically for you. Your assigned technician will provide all instructional videos and real-time online technical support to guide you through the entire installation and operation process.
Q4: What is your technical support capability?
A: All of our technicians who are speaking bilingual online 24 hours a day to solve your problems. If needed, they can also go to your country to provide on-site training.
Q5: Can you provide sample test printing service?
A: Of course. You can send us the picture you want to print, and we will record the real printing process and show you the final printing effect video.

3. Warranty & After-sales

Q6: What kind of warranty service does Ailygroup provide?
A: We provide a 12-month (1 year) warranty for the machine (excluding printhead and ink-contact parts) and lifetime online technical support.

4. Consumables, Spare Parts & Maintenance

Q7: Where can I buy spare parts and consumables (ink, film, etc.)?
A: We supply a full range of consumables and spare parts, including printhead， film, powder, ink, and maintenance kits. The printer does not come with ink by default; if you need to buy it with the machine, please contact our us now.
Q8: How should I maintain the printer?
A: Daily automatic cleaning is recommended. Ailygroup some printers feature an optimized ink circulation system to reduce clogging and minimize maintenance time.

Q9: Is the investment cost high?
A: No. Ailygroup printer systems are designed for low initial investment, small footprint, and high output efficiency—ideal for small studios, POD (Print-on-Demand) sellers, and growing print shops.
