1. The ink used in this flag printer is a high-temperature penetration-type ink. If the material fails to absorb the ink—resulting in ink bleed or spreading—you must check whether the material has reached its maximum ink absorption capacity limit. If so, replace the material with a different type.
Different fabric types can affect ink adhesion. Fabrics that are excessively thin may result in insufficient ink absorption, leading to ink bleed during printing or inadequate color fastness after the curing process.
Flag machine print on facbric directly, and mainly for flag printing, sublimation is print on paper and tranfer to fabric, mainly for home textiles printing
